3rd Annual Pinktastic 5K & 1-Mile Run/Walk
Join us for the 3rd Annual Pinktastic 5K & 1-Mile Run/Walk on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at the Muscatine Riverfront near Pearl City Station.
Whether you're an experienced runner, a casual walker, or simply want to show your support, Pinktastic is a fun, family-friendly event that brings our community together to celebrate survivors, honor loved ones, and raise awareness for those impacted by breast cancer.
Participants can choose between a 5K race or a 1-mile walk/run, making this an event for all ages and fitness levels. Registration includes a commemorative event t-shirt for participants who register by the t-shirt deadline.
Proceeds from the event support breast cancer awareness efforts and help continue this meaningful community tradition.
