This family-friendly Gobble Wobble (Run/Walk event) begins and ends at the Mercer County Health Department and will be on the streets of Aledo, IL. All ages and abilities are welcome. The first mile begins with a couple of hills, then a slight grade turns into a flat course to the end. Every registered participant will receive an event t-shirt along with RFID chip-timing results online. Water stations will be provided on the course, and snacks and beverages will be provided at the finish.
Proceeds benefit the Mercer County Health Department Client Assistance Fund, which helps us meet a wide variety of needs for individuals and families in our community. From removing barriers to essential services to helping with unexpected needs, this fund allows us to step in when a little extra support can make a big difference. By participating, you’re not just joining the fun; you’re helping support your neighbors and strengthen our community!
