Upcoming SwimRuns in Ohio

SwimRun is a continuous race that alternates open-water swimming and running across a series of back-to-back segments, stringing together stretches of water and land — sometimes along a shoreline, sometimes island to island. Some events are simply a swim followed by a run, often sharing a course with a triathlon.

There is not always a bag drop or changing area, so you may swim in your shoes and run in your wetsuit, carrying every piece of gear the whole way. Many SwimRun events are raced in pairs.
