Turkey Trot for the Twig returns in 2026 on the Saturday before Thanksgiving and it is still all about the Kids!! The event is to benefit children in the foster care system and the programs of The Twig Cares.
The Turkey Trot for the Twig has sold out for four years running so don't wait too long to register.
A great morning event with something for everyone! Chip-timed 5K with awards suitable for all ages and all levels. And a great post-race celebration.
Your 5K race swag includes:
Shirt deadline: October 1st. After this date, shirts or sizes are not guaranteed.
Packet Pickup will be at The Twig (826 Pinebrook Rd. Venice, FL 34285) on the Thursday before the race from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
***Upon completion of the run any shirts not picked up will be available to trade***
No medals will be saved post race. If packets /shirts/medals are not picked up you will be forfeiting them.
