Compete with a partner and split the zones however you choose. Elite teams are eligible for prizes and banners.

Zone 2 – 20 Box-Over Burpees
Zone 3 – 500m Ski
Zone 4 – 100m Walking Ram Lunge (22lb Female, 44lb Male/Co-ed)
Zone 5 – 500m Row
Zone 6 – 100m Farmer Carry (35 lb Women / 45 lb Men/Co-ed)
Zone 7 – 20 Bag Shoulder Overs + Carry (50lb Women / 100lb Men/Co-ed)
Zone 8 – 100m Sled Drag (70lb Women, 115 Men/Coed) → Sprint to the Finish Line
