Welcome to The Frozen Stick Trail Run!
The Frozen Stick is a stand alone event and also the FINALIE to the Stick Season Trail Run Series.
Rockinator Racing keeps the 16 year tradition alive! The Frozen Stick starts in Rockwoods Reservation Passing the aid and cheering stations twice to return to the warm racers village indoor at the school for podiums, awards, finisher medals, music, snacks and swag! Did Somebody say Pizza???
All participants recieve a Finishers Medal, Rockinator Racing T Shirt, Neck Buff, Drinks, Snacks, Chip timed, Number bib, a fully marked course, instant results, free downloadable photos, and hey, this is something fun to do in Stick Season! Consider siging up for the Stick Season series for 3 other fun run dates and distance options!
Extra Awards and 1,2,3 podiums for the top 3 Male/Female 5 Mile and 13.1 overall winners in the 10 year age groups.
We also provide Free on course tracking! Your friends and family can follow you (and you can follow others) on the course in real time. Most importantly, we can follow you back in operations to see where you are and you can easily communicate with us if you need Sag.

The half marathon is the distance where you find out what you're actually made of. Long enough to demand real preparation. Short enough that it doesn't consume your life to train for it. How long to train: 10–14 weeks. If you're already running consistently, 10 weeks of structured buildup is enough. If you're building from a casual base, give yourself 14.
