A very fast, out and back half marathon course set up on the scenic Stone Bridge Trail in Roscoe, Illinois.
Packet Pick Up will be from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM on Thursday, September 24th and Friday, September 25th at the Roscoe Branch of the Stateline Family YMCA.

How long to train: 10–14 weeks. If you're already running consistently, 10 weeks of structured buildup is enough. If you're building from a casual base, give yourself 14.
