Run for Your Life: 5K Run & 1 Mile Fun Run & Trick or Treat Trot

Get ready to run, laugh, and maybe scream a little on Saturday evening October 24th — it’s time for the annual Run for Your Life 5K and 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk! This family-friendly fall favorite winds through the haunted Ruby Grant trails, where Halloween surprises lurk around every bend.

Come in costume and compete for prizes, dance to live DJ music, play games, and enjoy treats at the finish line. Whether you're racing for time or strolling with friends, this spooky celebration is packed with fun for all ages.

Come meet Max the Norman Air mascot 🐶. Race participant swag bags will have a special Norman Air coupon made just for our racers.

In recognition of Veteran's Day, a portion of proceeds from this race will benefit the Dale K. Graham Veteran's Foundation. The Dale K. Graham Veterans Foundation is dedicated to serving veterans and their families by providing expert guidance through the complexities of the VA claims process - because no veteran should have to face that journey alone.  https://www.dalekgrahamveteransfoundation.org/

This year Norman Parks & Rec is hosting a Trick or Treat trot for youth - this is at the race site but a separate event. 🍬
