Join us for the Old Hickory Lake Sprint Triathlon on June 20, 2026. Presented by the Hendersonville Endurance Athletic Team (HEAT). The race will benefit the Salvus Center of Sumner County. Our race will feature a 400 meter rolling start swim in Old Hickory Lake, a 20k out-and-back bike course on a closed highway, and an out and back 5K. The course will be beginner friendly, but still challenge the seasoned triathlete. The event will take place at Saundersville Boat Ramp/ First Baptist Church.
