Fall Creek Falls Spring Sprint and Olympic Triathlon

We're back in 2027.  And we have added an Olympic distance as well.    For those that have participated in the August Triathlon, this is a great opportunity to start the Triathlon season with our favorite location.  Last year we had a great response, so this year we were able to add the Olympic to the roster.

 Packet Pickup:

• Friday from 5-6:30pm at the race site. 
• Race Day from 6-7:30am. 
• Transition will close at 7:45.

Spring Sprint Distance will be a 500-meter swim, 14-mile bike and a 5k run.  Click below for Strava course maps.

Sprint Swim Map

• Swim starts at the dock and swim towards the Lodge.  Around 2 bouys then back to the boat ramp to finish the swim.

Sprint Bike Map  -

• 14 miles, out and back.  Turnaround is located at the Way Inn.

Sprint Run Map

• Run will begin at the transition then proceed across the dam, then left towards the lodge on the paved trail.  Out and back to Finish.

Olympic Swim Map

• Swim will be a .93-mile Lake swim.

Olympic Bike Map

• The bike will be a 24.8-mile ride out through the local roadways.

Olympic Run Map

• The Run will be all paved across the Dam onto the trails.  It will consist of 1 loop of the trail course then back to the Finish line.

Age Groups and Awards: Overall awards for the top three male and female finishers & top three male and female masters. Age group awards for first, second, and third place in the following M & F age groups: 12-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45- 49, 50-55, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and over & top 3 Clydesdale & Athena as well as Top 3 Sprint Aquabike and Top Relay Team.

Bald Eagle Events LLC have enabled event insurance for your consideration in the event you are unable to compete. Please review this option during the registration process.

All Bald Eagle Events triathlon events are sanctioned by USA Triathlon. When a race sanctions with USAT, it is required for each participant to purchase either a one-day license or annual membership in order to participate in said event. A one-day USAT license is $15 and an annual USAT membership is $50. Either can be purchased when signing up for the event. A youth one day or annual USAT license is $10. 

Refund Policy - Bald Eagle Events LLC have a NO REFUND policy. Insurance is available during the registration of each event. Please take advantage of this option should you wish to insure your entry fees. 

Race entries are non-transferable between individuals.

Event Cancellation / Modification Policy - If Natural Disaster or Community Disaster occurs, our action steps are as follows: 

1. Bald Eagle Events LLC in concert with local officials will make decisions based on safety first. 

2. Courses and/or race segments will be altered as agreed to between Bald Eagle Events LLC and local officials

3. Financial: It is not financially feasible for Bald Eagle Events LLC to accept the risk of a disaster for everyone. Each registered participant needs to accept the risk of his or her entry fee. There will be NO REFUNDS or free entries to future races. The money you paid is spent developing the subject event.

4. Bald Eagle Events LLC does not save any money if one of our events has to be canceled for reasons beyond our control. All supplies and services needed for the events are purchased and/or arranged in advance. All event supplies and services associated with that event must be paid for, regardless of the outcome.
