The Essex Running Club will be providing buses to the start of the New York City Marathon again this year departing from Fleet Feet Montclair (603 Bloomfield Ave, Montclair) at 5:30 am. This is a one way trip only and will take runners directly to the starting area at Fort Wadsworth on Staten Island. Bagels, bananas and water will be provided on the buses and they will have a bathroom. We are not planning to have a bus back from the finish this year.
Registration is only $25 for members of the Essex Running Club or $35 for non members. The $10 discount will be automatically taken at check out if you have a current membership in the club on Runsignup. Non members will have the option to join the club during registration and receive the $10 discount. Click here for more information about the club.
Book your reservation early to be sure of a seat. Registration will close when we reach capacity. All registrations are final and there are no refunds. You will receive an e-mail soon after you register to confirm your registration and another e-mail with final instructions the week before the race.
