Join the Diabetes You Can Win Foundation, a proud Georgia-based 501(c)(3) non-profit, for a powerful day of community, education, and action. Presented in partnership with Live Healthy Gwinnett, this family-friendly event invites walkers of all ages to lace up their sneakers and make a tangible difference in the fight against diabetes right here at home.
