Who: Runners, walkers, families with children and volunteers
What: Register and participate (run, walk, or volunteer) in the Young Life 5K, one of the most scenic and fun running opportunities in Lawrence. Race as an individual for open and age group honors with the option of also competing as a team of at least three people. Or, register to run virtually. After the main event, run with your kids for free in the 1K Family Fun run.
When: Saturday, September 19, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. (5K) and 9:45 a.m. (Family Fun Run)
