From the Organizer
Alison's Allies is a nonprofit team founded in 2010 by breast cancer survivor Alison Banikowski, driven by a simple belief: no one should face breast cancer without support. What began as a personal mission to "pay it forward" has grown into a powerful community force, raising over $340,000 for breast cancer screening, care, and research — with a dedicated focus on health equity.
Through our annual Walk for Breast Cancer and year-round fundraising efforts, we partner with the University of Kansas Cancer Center and the Masonic Cancer Alliance to fund life-changing projects in the Heartland. Whether you walk with us, donate, or cheer us on, you are part of something bigger — together, we are a force for good.
