Get out your snowshoes and join the Vernon Township Board of Recreation at Mountain Creek on January 30, 2027 to take on the mountain and look for the mysterious YETI!
Choose your challenge – a 5k tromp across the ridge of the Mountain or for a little less of an excursion you can take the final mile option (this option is not timed) - either will spark the best of your winter skills!
Runners, walkers or those trying out snowshoes for the first time – ALL ARE WELCOME!
Ride the cab up to the top of the mountain and then get your snowshoes on!
Register by 12/31/2026 to get the early discount base registration fee of $25. After we ring in the new year, registration is $30. BYOS (bring your own shoes).
Registration and check in at 7:30am in the Biergarten at Mountain Creek's Red Tail Lodge. The lift will take people up the mountain starting at 8:00am. The race begins at 9:00am.
