Inaugural Paris-Bourbon County YMCA Indoor Triathlon!
Have you ever wanted to try a triathlon and didn't know where to start? This is a great opportunity for beginners and even kids to see what they are made of. It can also be a great tool for experienced athletes to test their training or prepare for the next event. Join us Saturday, January 30, 2027 for a fun day and to challenge yourself in this completely indoor race. A relay option is also available if you are a parent that wants to compete with their child or a group of two or three people that just want to do one or two events each.
Kids ages 7 - 13 will be able to compete but will run the indoor track instead of the treadmill. Parents/guardians 18 & over must be present at each event.

From Endurance Grid
Endurance Grid is here to help you understand the sport, decide if it's the right fit, and learn how to prepare. For course distances, logistics, and race-day specifics, always defer to the race organizer's event page.
Three sports, one race — swim, bike, run in sequence, with transitions that are a discipline of their own.
Open water, open roads, and competition with yourself. Cross the finish line knowing what it took to get there.
Swim, bike, run — back to back. The sprint distance makes it far more accessible than most people think.
