The race will begin and end on PR property, entering into the adjacent Squaw Creek neighborhood for a time. The course will not be certified for this inaugural race, but chip timing with bibs will be used for accurate results.
“Pass the Poult” Challenge: Our added element of fun! A baby turkey is called a poult. Wolfpack 5K Runners will have the challenge of chasing down our poult along the course. Runners that cross the finish line before the poult will win an additional prize!
Advanced packet pickup will be held at Prairie Ridge High School, Friday, November 20th from 3:00pm-7:00pm in the Stadium ticket building.
Same day pickup will be held in Prairie Ridge’s Cafeteria from 8:45-9:50AM.
T-shirts are included with registration price, but only guaranteed if registration is received by October 25th, 2026.
Lineup begins outside the cafeteria near the stadium at 9:45am for announcements and a brief warm-up.
Results will be immediately available and awards can be picked up from the awards station in the staging area located in the cafeteria.
Awards will be given to the overall top male and female finisher, and the top 3 male and female age group winners (overall male and female excluded) for the following age categories: 9 & Under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & Over.
Rain or Shine event. No refunds for any reason. Unclaimed packets will be donated.
The Prairie Ridge High School Booster Club is sponsoring this inaugural 5K to support its general fund for spring allocations that benefit sports, clubs and activity groups at PR. We thank you for your participation and donations!
