*this is an easy 5k on a paved path with small section of grass. Not a trail race!
Ultra Ultras is excited to bring you the 4th Annual Turkey Trot 5k and kids fun run in Lake Wales Nov 26th 2026 @ 8am! @ Lake Wailes park
After your run enjoy pumpkin pancakes with us and your friends, family, and everyone else that's up early to run on Thanksgiving Day!
This is a Fun-Run so come in your fastest running outfit or in full Turkey Costume!
Shirt sizes limited if registered after Nov 6th!
Race Shirts & Medals guaranteed to 1st 400 registered!
DONATIONS:
The schools with the most runners will receive donations toward their cross-country programs!
1st most students - $500
2nd most students - $250
3rd most students - $150
4th most students - $100
FOOD:
Hot grilled PUMPKIN PANCAKES for all participants after the race! Starting about 8:30am! There will also be bananas and some other snacks!

Students 18 & Under - $25.00
*A portion will go toward the donations for cross country teams

You can not win Overall and Age Group!
FREE KID’S RUN 9:15 a.m. (time is approximate) - For kids 9 & under
We will divide the kids into 2 to 3 year age groups depending on the number of kids running.
Race distance will be between 20yards & 400yards depending on age.
NO SHIRTS GIVEN FOR THIS EVENT
All kids receive a Winning Ribbon!

TIMING & SCORING
Race will be timed and scored by FITNICHE timing with a disposable chip which will be attached to the back of the bib.
