Turkey-Donut Predict Run is a running race on November 21, 2026 in Fort Collins, CO, with an entry fee of $5.
This isn't your traditional 5k. Runners have to estimate their finish time prior to the start. We do not allow time keeping devices of any kind - watches, phone, music (don't use a certain amount of songs to estimate your time), etc. The top five people who come closest to their estimated time win. So just because you're fast doesn't mean you'll win.
The race is a fundraiser for the Food Bank for Larimer County. The cost is $5 for timing fees. After that, you have to donate to be eligible for the raffle. We strongly suggest a minimum donation of $10/person, though we will always welcome whatever you're able to give.
On race day, the start line opens at 8:30am. You can start whenever you like, as long as you have completed your run by 10:00am. We'll be directing folks to loosely alternate which direction they head on the Spring Creek Trail (eastbound/westbound).
The event is chip timed. We'll provide the chips. If you're a FCRC member with a Tortoise & Hare bib, no need to bring it.
This is a PREDICTION run. Enter the time you think you'll run on your registration form. Again, NO WATCHES or electronic pieces of any sort are allowed during the run. We encourage you to rat out your fellow runners!
All who donate receive a ticket for the raffle. We have prize packs from many local businesses and restaurants, race entries, and much more! The raffle starts at 10:00am and you must be present to win. Each individual donating (regardless donation amount) gets ONE ticket.
We strongly encourage monetary donations, which you can make right on your registration form. Cash helps the most. The Food Bank has resources to buy products at much, much deeper discounts than any of us can buy. The $5 you spend on two jars of PB can be turned into 10 jars through the Food Bank's sources. We won't, however, turn down donations of food.
