- Run 7.5 miles

- Individual Triathlon
- Aquabike (Swim & Bike legs only)
- Duathlon (3.5 mile run / Bike / 7.5 mile run
- Relay (Swim/Bike/Run) but with 2-3 total team members divvying up the legs
