Tri for the Change is an exciting, community-focused triathlon hosted by Thibodaux Regional Health System, bringing athletes together to compete, connect, and support a meaningful cause. Set for October 10, 2026, this event invites participants to indoor swim (200yds), bike (10miles), and run (3miles) their way through a fun race experience.
Tri for the Change also offers opportunities to participate as an individual, as part of a relay team, or your company team creating an inclusive and supportive environment for all fitness levels.
More than just a race, this event is centered on giving back, with proceeds benefiting THE HAVEN. The Haven provides safety, advocacy, crisis response, and education to survivors of sexual assault and domestic, dating, and family violence.
