David Zid expands the fight for brain health “All Together Now” – the Movin’ It! 5K Run/Walk Parkinson’s Disease now benefits the Alzheimer’s (AD) and Multiple Sclerosis (MS) communities. Total HealthWorks is expanding its programs to improve brain health, serve more people living with neurodegenerative conditions, and grow our facility. This year’s event will help our Total HealthWorks gym with growth, equipment, and updates so we can start more classes and help those afflicted with PD, AD, and MS.
We are going cashless on race day!
Please note that all race day registration will be cashless and all race day registration will be done online (no cash transactions). Please bring your smartphone and credit card with you on race day if you or your friends are planning to register on the day of the race! Thank you so much.
Register before October 13 to guarantee your great sought-after long-sleeve t-shirts in your desired size! On October 13 and afterwards, shirts will be first come / first served with sizes. Any sizes that are sold out after that point will be indicated within the registration process. Please consider making a donation beyond the registration fee to help Total HealthWorks community-based free classes, which includes our scholarship fund. Join us at beautiful Genoa Park (COSI) on Sunday, November 1, 2026, as we work “All Together Now” to improve brain health and fight neurologic disease.
