On Sunday, November 2, 2025, runners, hikers, and walkers will join in supporting Veterans by participating in the Sweat For Vets Challenge at the Brush Mountain Sportsmen’s Association in Altoona, Pennsylvania. There will be a 10K and 5K trail race as well as a 5K trail walk for participants to choose from. The 10K race will be a challenging course scaling the Allegheny Mountains. A 5K race and walk will also be conducted in support of local Veterans. All events will begin and finish at the Brush Mountain Sportsmen’s Association located in Pinecroft.
10K race Starts at 11 AM.
5k Run/Walk will follow at 11:05AM (Walkers please line up towards the back to allow runners ahead.
1/2 Mile Young Recruits Race will start at noon.
