Sunrise Series!

Back for its third year! Lace Up El Paso is proud to present the Sunrise Series! FOUR - 5k’s, running across El Paso from east to west!

Packet Pickup

Each event will have its own packet pickup location. This will take place on Thursday and Friday before each scheduled event from 4-7pm. Please review emails and social media for the most up to date information. Please follow LACE UP EL PASO on IG for the most recent info. There will be no packet pickup on race day. If you’re traveling or need to make arrangements for pick up, please contact the race director. 

Virtual participants have the following options for swag/packet and medal pickup:

1) Come to packet pickup for that SPECIFIC event and pick up your swag! 
Thurs & Fri before each event 4-7pm; locations are posted on Run Signup and on IG Lace Up El Paso

2) July 17, 2026 from 9-10am.  
At the conclusion of the last event, you can collect previous event(s) swag and medal.

Giveaways! 

Each event will have its own unique giveaway!!! Sign up for each event so you don’t miss out on the amazing swag! 

For events with a shirt/tank top giveaway, please note that shirt/tank and size are only guaranteed to the first 800 participants who register on or before May 01, 2027; whichever comes first.

Awards:

·       Age Group Awards for the Top Three Finishers in each Age Group at each LIVE event. (There are no awards for virtual events).

·       Our age groups categories are the following: 10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+ 

·       Cash Prizes AND Custom Awards to the OVERALL Fastest Males and Females (1st, 2nd, 3rd) of the Sunrise Series at the Season                  Finale! To be eligible for the overall awards and cash prizes, you MUST be registered for all FOUR events; no exceptions.  

·       Teams Awards to the largest teams! (1st, 2nd, 3rd). These will be awarded at the Sunrise Series Finale. 

Smoothie King Strava Segments:

Each event will have Strava segments up for grabs! Find the segments, Lace Up and earn that crown! Must have your setting to public in order to be eligible to win. One male and female winner will be crowned at each event. Winners will earn a $25 Smoothie King gift card.  

Race Expo:

Runner's Party at all events; raffles, prizes, paletas, water, vendors, music.

Law Office of Gabriel S. Perez Photo Booth! 

FREE photo booth at all events sponsored by the Law Office of Gabriel S. Perez! Bring your smiles! 

Event Schedule: 6am – 9am. 

·       6:00am - Park Opens

·       6:30am - First Call! Race Expo Opens to the Public

·       6:34am - Second Call - Runners make your way to the start line

·       6:38am - Final Call - All runners should be at the starting line

·       6:40am - Prayer and National Anthem, Course Announcements

·       6:45am - START!  NO LATE STARTS ALLOWED

·       8:00am - Awards and Raffles! 

·       8:45am - Race Expo Closes

·       9:00am - Event area cleared

Yes, we welcome wheelchairs and strollers out on the course. No bicycles, roller blades/skates, skateboards, wagons, scooters, motorized or electric devices. We are absolutely pet friendly! (Pets must be on a leash both on and off the course. You must pick up after your pets).
