Soles for Souls 5k Trail Run

It's the Costume Edition! Come in your favorite Fall Flair or Character.

Lace up your trail shoes (and your costumes) for our 4th annual 5k through a mix of hard-surface and wooded trails. Nothing we do is boring! This isn't your average road race - expect natural obstacles, changing footing, and the kind of scenery you only get off the pavement. Enjoy what our beautiful Lincoln County offers while raising funds to support our neighbors experiencing homelessness and poverty as they make their journey to find health, hope, and home.

The Course: Expect uneven terrain and changes between hard surfaces and a wooded trail system. Not stroller friendly!

Packet Pick up: Oct. 23rd from 5:30-7:30pm at Lake Norman Brewery in Denver, NC

Awards Break Down will consist of:

 Best Costume in each age group

 Fastest timed male and female age 12-17  

 Fastest timed male and female age 18-29  

 Fastest timed male and female age 30-44

 Fastest timed male and female age 45-59

 Fastest timed male and female age 60+

 Overall fastest time male and female  

All finishers receive a race medal, including our Fun Run participants 11 and under.

Runners 12+ receive a 2026 race t-shirt designed by a Denver area student and a swag bag.

Runners 11 and under are free. T-shirts are not included. You are welcome to purchase one of our specially designed shirts for $15 at check-out, size options being youth small and youth medium. There is a No T-shirt option for no charge.
