Welcome to RunBuds: A Women’s Beginner Running Program (for budding runners)
RUNBUDS CLASS OF 2027:
10-week program begins January 11 - March 15, 2027.
Groups will meet MONDAYS at 6:15pm and we will wrap up by 7:45pm.
Meeting locations will alternate weekly between Bull City Running Co. - South and Downtown.
Over the past 17 years, over 1000 women of all ages and abilities have experienced this amazing, inspiring, and supportive community of runners, challenged themselves, and achieved personal fitness goals.
RunBuds is a true beginner program and we will support you on your path to fitness through a guided walk/run interval program that progresses over the 10-week program — even if you don’t like to run! RunBuds is open to all ages of adults, fitness levels, and abilities (truly!). We aim to meet you where you are and offer guidance and structure for you to meet your personal wellness goals in a safe, supportive group environment.
