From the Organizer
Ready to move, connect, and refuel? Run & Refuel is a community run/walk event hosted by running coach and RunVermont Ambassador Molly Bond and Lakelife Nutrition in Milton, VT.
We're taking a run/walk through beautiful Bombardier Park. No pressure, no timer, just you, your people, and the trail. There will be options for a turnaround at 1 mile, 2 mile and 3 mile distance. Afterward, stick around to refuel with a discounted protein shake, a free body scan with Lakelife owner Leslie and a chance to win some fun prizes!
All ages and all paces welcome. Come as you are.
Only $5 to register for adults and children are free!
Part of the path will be on sidewalks and part of it will be through the park on packed trail.
Limited parking is available at Lakelife Nutrition. Parking is available at Bombardier Park East (.3 mile walk to Lakelife), Bombardier Park West (.5 mile walk to Lakelife), and the Milton Town Offices (.3 mile walk to Lakelife).
