Ready, Set, GLOW Presented by Rochester Running Co
Description: Ready, Set, Glow! A low-key, 4/5-mile trail run in the dark on the winding trails of Dryer Road Park. Trails will be marked with glow sticks and flags. This race was created by the geniuses over at #TRAILSROC and we are bringing it back to the trails after a few year hiatus!

Cost: $35.00 (Includes Glow Sticks, Post Race Party, and a race t-shirt) (Day of registration $5.00 Price increase)

Packet Pickup: Thursday October 15th and Friday October 16th from 12pm - 5pm at Rochester Running Company

SHORT COURSE/FUN RUN OPTION: This option is geared toward Kids, Families, or those who might think 5 miles is a bit intimidating and want a shorter option. The route will follow "Almost" the same course as the long run, taking you up the hill, around a technical portion, across the field, and back down to the finish! The distance is roughly 1.5 miles and starts BEFORE the long run.
Start: 6:00pm SHARP
Cost: $15.00 for Adults (18+) and Kids (0-18) are ONLY $10.00.
Giveaway: No giveaway for the fun run just after party food/drinks and medals for the kids! (Everyone gets glow sticks!!!)
Parental Accompaniment: Kids 10 and Under MUST be accompanied by an Adult for the entire race.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
SELF SUPPORTED: No aid stations, only water along the way. Please bring your own nutrition, water etc. Headlamps required for the kids run.
