Join us for the RCE Foundation Spooktacular 5K, a fun and festive Halloween-themed race supporting the mission of the RCE Foundation. Whether you’re a competitive runner, casual jogger, or just looking for a fun way to start your Halloween, this event is perfect for all ages and fitness levels.
The race will take place around the beautiful Lake Hollingsworth in Lakeland, Florida, offering a scenic route for participants while supporting a great cause. Costumes are highly encouraged, so come dressed in your best spooky, silly, or creative Halloween attire! 🎃🏃♀️
Before the 5K begins, we will host a Kids Fun Dash at 7:15 AM for children ages 5–12. This short, fun run is a great way for kids to get involved in the event, and all participants will receive a medal. 🏅
All proceeds benefit the RCE Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting families of children with special needs in our community through charitable initiatives, outreach programs, and assistance efforts. Together, we can make a meaningful impact while enjoying a fun and festive morning. 🧡
Shirt and swag bag included for all participants that sign up by September 1st, 2026!
We are unable to mail 🔢bibs, 🎽shirts, or🏅finisher medals.
If you are not able to attend, please make arrangements for in-person pickup. A friend or family member may collect your packet during the scheduled packet pickup window or retrieve your award during the awards ceremony. Please refer to the race info for specific times and locations.
Any shirts not picked up before the race begins will be available for exchange after the race.
