The NAMI Oshkosh 5K is a community event that raises awareness about mental health and suicide prevention and benefits NAMI Oshkosh and its programs. All of their services are free. NAMI's mission is to support, educate, and advocate for all affected by mental illness.
This event provides a place to celebrate and honor those who are living with a mental illness and remember those with mental health conditions who have passed away. Participants may sign up individually or as part of a team.

7:30-9:00am - Registration, information booths, mascots, activities, face painting, balloon art - Inside of Menominee Elementary School
9:00am - Program
9:30am - 5k begins on Hazel Street and Melvin Street
After 5k - Stay for music, food and community
12:00pm - NAMI Oshkosh 5K ends. Go explore Menoimee Park and Oshkosh with your family and friends.
