Move, Nourish, & Give 5K - Food As Medicine @ FSU is a running race on November 15, 2026 in Tallahassee, FL, with an entry fee of $10.
Move, Nourish, Give 5K
Presented by the Food as Medicine Society at Florida State University
Join us on Sunday, November 15 for a 5K that does more than get your steps in. The Move, Nourish, Give 5K brings the FSU and Tallahassee community together to get active, give back to campus, and help fill Thanksgiving tables across the Big Bend.
MOVE
Run, jog, or walk the 5K at your own pace. All fitness levels are welcome, and you're welcome to bring friends, teammates, and family.
NOURISH
Food as Medicine Society is a student organization dedicated to evidence-based nutrition and wellness education. We believe good health starts with access to good food, and this event is our way of putting that belief into action.
GIVE
- Canned food drive: bring non-perishable canned goods to the donation table at the event. Canned vegetables, beans, soups, and other pantry staples are all welcome.
- Online donations: can't make it, or want to give more? Donate through our registration page. 75% of donations go to Second Harvest of the Big Bend.
