From the Organizer
Lace up your shoes and join us for Miles of Imagination – A Young Authors Greenhouse Fun Run, a community celebration of creativity, storytelling, and movement! Set in the scenic Joe Creason Park, this unique loop format invites participants of all ages and fitness levels to complete as many 1.5-mile loops as they wish within two hours — at their own pace.
If you are looking for a different fitness experience this summer, this is your ticket!
Whether you’re a seasoned runner looking for a challenge, a casual walker, or just here for the fun, every mile you complete helps grow the next generation of young writers. Proceeds from the event support Young Authors Greenhouse, a nonprofit that provides free writing and publishing programs for Louisville youth.
Join us in inspiring students in Louisville to recognize the power of their voices and stories. Come for the run, stay for the inspiration — and help us turn miles into stories.
Awards for most loops: Top 3 adults (F/M/Non-Binary), Top 3 under 18 (F/M/Non-Binary)
Packet Pickup will be held race day, starting at 7:00AM
