From the Organizer
MadFit Training is so excited to partner with Grizzle Beer to give you a beer mile race!
It’s a relatively simple process:
Drink a 6oz brewery beer.
Run a pre-measured course down and back that is 0.25 miles roundtrip. (one lap)
Then repeat 3x and finish by chugging a full 16oz brewery beer!
