The 28th Annual Lavaman Triathlon consists of a 1.5K Swim, 40K Bike and a 10K Run. The Duathlon consists of a 1k run, 40k bike and 10k run. The Aquabike consists of a 1.5k swim and 40k bike.
Lavaman takes place in beautiful Anaeho’omalu Bay, the Queen Ka'ahumanu Highway and on the grounds of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Big Island of Hawaii, with a beautiful beach finish and the "best party in triathlon.
