500 Yard Swim Friday, May 1st - September 17th $35.00
PARENTAL GUARDIAN: Those 18 and under must be supervised by a parent or guardian and approval of parent or guardian supplied with entry.
RULES: Last Splash of Summer is not a USMS sanctioned event. We will follow the open water rules of USMS. The use of neoprene wetsuits and other nonporous attire is allowed in the wetsuit events. Fins are allowed in the 500-yard FIN and 1 mile FIN events. Fins must be no longer than 12" and no mono fins allowed. Pull buoys, snorkels, mp3 players are examples of items that are not allowed.
10 and unders MUST swim the 500 yards
10 - 12 year olds that want to swim the mile need to submit the name of their coach and swim club as well as submit records (proof) they have swum a 500 in a USA swim meet in a time of 7:30 or faster including the name of the meet and date.
