Whether you're dashing like Dasher or just strolling like Santa on his cookie break, get ready for some festive fun at our "Jolliest Bunch of Runners This Side of the Brazos" Christmas 5K/1K Run/Walk!
Expect to see a mix of speedsters, joyful joggers, and merry walkers all coming together to enjoy a scenic route along the Brazos River. With hot cocoa stations, holiday tunes, and even a surprise visit from the big man in red himself, it's bound to be the most wonderful run/walk of the year! 🎅🏼🏃🏽♂️🎄
So, lace up those sneakers, don your jolliest attire for contest - best elf, reindeer, and Santa costume.
Throw on your Santa hat and join us for a day of festive fitness and fun. Remember, the best way to spread Christmas cheer is running and walking—whether it's far or near!

Early Packet Pick Up and Onsite Registration - 4 o’clock to 7:00 PM Waco Running Company, 700 Franklin Ave
Saturday, Dec 19th:
6:30 am - 8:30 am Packet Pick Up - Indian Spring Park, 100 S University Parks
8:30 a.m. One Mile Fun Run/Walk

10:00 am Awards Ceremony
The 1K is a fun run so just that... FUN! The 5K is a professionally timed event with awards for overall male and female, masters male and female, as well as age group awards! Even better, there is an award for the best Griswold costume! So dress your best and show us your holiday style!
Shirts are ordered on Dec 9th; you must be registered by then to be guaranteed your shirt and size. Yes, we order extras, but they will be distributed based on date and time of registration.... this is good news - you don't have to run fast, you just have to register fast!
Race Day Registration will be available but does come with an "inconvenience fee"...save $5 by registering prior to race day and use it for some cranberry sauce!
On that note, finisher medals take 6 weeks to make so they will be distributed to the first 500 registrants; if those people do not show up on race day, they will be distributed based on your date of registration.
