ONLINE REGISTRATION CLISES AT 6pm ON FRIDAY EVENING. RACE DAY REGISTRATION IS AVAILABLE ON SITE STARTING AT 7:30am!

Back for 2026! Come and join us for the only race of its kind through one of Long Island's largest Christmas Tree Farms! Lewin's Christmas Tree Farm on Fresh Pond Avenue in Calverton! Check out more about Lewin Farms on "The East End" by NEWS 12!

All participants will be given special bells to attach to their sneakers to add to the holiday spirit! We'll have special awards for the overall winners! Christmas Trees!

*Bib number pickup / day-of registration is on-site starting at 7:30am

*Trees for the overall male / female 5K champions...though we'll have a few trees and wreaths to raffle off for those who bring a non-perishable food item on race day! *Christmas trees / cutting one at the farm is not included in event!

Plus HOT CHOCOLATE for all participants, PICTURES WITH SANTA, FREE CHRISTMAS TREE and WREATH RAFFLES and a BEST HOLIDAY COSTUME CONTEST too!

*Jogging strollers are welcome! Just be mindful that much of the course is split between gravel trail and grass/dirt paths.

Top three male and female finishers overall 
Top three (3) males and females in the following age groups:
14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85+

Long Sleeve T-shirts guaranteed for participants who register by November 25th!

*Christmas trees will be awarded to the top male/female overall! 

*If you would like to go cut down/pick a tree after you race…that would be an additional cost.
 

RUDOLPH'S FUN RUN:
This Fun Run is open to children 12 and under. ~1/4 mile.
 

*Results, Pictures and Finishline Video available online after race.

WHEN / WHERE?
You may run your race anywhere you choose at your own convenience and post your results anytime before December 6th 2026 at 9pm. Complete your run, and upload your results and photos on the race website.  (You can also go to your RunSignUp profile, go to your Upcoming races, and click on Submit Virtual Results. ) **Don't forget to print out your finisher's certificate after you submit your time by going back to the results! **
 
HOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR RACE BIB:(ONLY FOR VIRTUAL RUNNERS)
After registering for the race, click the circle icon in the top right corner of RunSignUp.com
-Click "profile"
-Scroll down to "Upcoming Races" Select View the Pre-Race bib. Print it out and wear as you run your race! Take a photo and share on social media!

This 501 (c) 3 Charity assists our wounded veterans in a multitude of ways including participation in athletics. Attend a STRONG ISLAND RUNNING CLUB event and help us help our local veterans.
