Come on out and join us for the newest Michigan Trail Experience race. Experience a beautiful 4.167 mile loop through Sleepy Hollow State Park. The park contains over 2,600 acres including a river winding its way through the woods. The course will take you through prairie grass fields, hardwood forest, and stands of Pine trees. This race is a 12hr Back Yard Ultra, last man standing rules, with an option to do the single lap. Elevation gain 151ft
The single lap option will start at 9:00am. This race will be chip timed, with live results. This will be one loop around the BYU course.
The 12hr option will start at 9:00am. All runners will start the loop at the top of the hour and must complete the lap within the hour. Top of the next hour runners start next lap. If a runner doesn't report and start at the top of the hour the runner is out. If you complete the 12hrs you will have done 50miles. A headlamp is required for the last couple of laps sunset is 6:21pm.

Results: Your accurate chip time and current overall and age group place will be texted to your phone and live on this site.
Awards: Overall finishers male and female will receive a $25 Playmakers gift card. First places in each age group will receive a $10 Playmakers gift card. Age groups for women and men are the following: 15 and under, 16-24, 25-34, 35-44, 45-54, 55-64, 65-74, 75- and over

Overall winner will be last one standing or if multiple runners on last lap fastest loop is winner.
There will not be aid station on the course. One aid station will be near the start/finish with snacks and drinks. More updates to come on that.
