Bring the whole family for fun at the Halloween Hustle 5K, 8K Run/Walk and Fun Run!
SATURDAY OCTOBER 24, 2026. Our event will be hosted from the Thomas Welch Activity Center inside Lake St Clair Metropark with a start/finish line right outside the building!
Runners and walkers have come to make the Halloween Hustle a tradition! Come celebrate the holiday with family and friends as you run, jog or walk your way to the finish line. We have a distance for goblins of all ages including 8K, 5K and a fun run (approx .5 mile).
**EARLY PACKET PICK UP THURSDAY OCTOBER 22nd AT HANSON'S RUNNING SHOP, 8409 HALL RD 2:00 - 6:30 PM
2026 RACE DAY SCHEDULE
7:45 AM Onsite Registration and Packet Pick-up open at TWAC
7:45-8:45 AM Costume Contest Participants visit photo booth for official entry into the contest
8:55 AM Costume Contest winners announced in front of the stage (contestants please assemble at 8:45 AM)
9:00 AM Fun Run (kids and adults, distance is approximately .5 mile)
9:30 AM Start of the 5K and 8K Run/Walk
10:40 AM Top 5K and 8K Award Winners announced
All participants will receive:
- NEW DESIGN - FULLY SUBLIMATED Long sleeve tech shirt. Watch for design reveal!
- NEW GLOW IN THE DARK Finisher medal. Watch for design reveal!
- Chip timing
- Photos
- After race refreshments
Awards to Top Male and Female in each age group:
0-12, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+
