Note: Most participants choose to start at Leg 2 Battelle Darby with the main group. Each participant can opt for 1, 2, or all 3 legs. Without a baton or scoring, teams have the flexibility to complete the event in any manner as long as the combined distance equals 50K (31 miles).
Refreshment Stops: Coolers stocked with Water, Gatorade, and Snacks will be available every 3.4-4.5 miles. If you're a runner who tends to get thirsty, it's advised to bring additional supplies.
