Food Donations - For ALL ENTRIES we request a donation of any non-perishable canned good or dry food item. All food donations go to food pantries in the Greater Derry area to help the needy. If you forget your donation we ask for a small cash donation which will go to the food pantry.

Packet Pickup
Packet Pickup
Will be on Sunday 11/22 from 10:00AM to 2:00PM at Derry Sports and Rehab, 23A Crystal Ave, Derry
AND Wednesday 11/25 from 4:00PM to 8:00PM at Galliens Beach. There will be race day registration or packet pick up this year.
It is highly recommended to come Derry Sports & Rehab Sunday, 11/23, or Gallien's Beach Wednesday, 11/26, for packet pickup.

Awards
There will be some post race food and beverages - we will be encouraging runners/walkers to head for the shuttles.
Parking
Parking will be available at the Pinkerton Academy and there will be continuous bus transportation from the Pinkerton Academy parking lot to the race site from 7:30 am to 11:00 am.
Parking will not be allowed on Route 102.
The Course
Certified 5k (3.1 miles) course USATF #NH9306WN. The scenic course takes you clockwise around the residential roads of Beaver Lake, a highly sought after residential location in Derry. The course has several scenic vistas and has been really beautiful in the past with accompanied by a fresh layer of snow falling before or during the race. Directions for Packet Pick up Only
From Route 93, take Exit 4. Follow Route 102 East and proceed through Derry center to rotary. Follow Route 102 off rotary east approximately 1 mile to Galliens Beach and Beaver Lake on right at 39 Pond Rd, on Nov 26th, 4:00PM-8:00PM. Parking permitted anywhere on North side of Route 102 or West side of Pond Road, bordering Beaver Lake. Please observe coned areas for no parking.
There will be packet pick up at Derry Sports and Rehab, 23A Crystal Ave on Nov 23rd, 10:00AM-2:00PM.
Directions for Parking at Pinkerton Academy the day of the race
From Route 93, take Exit 4. Follow Route 102 East and proceed through Derry center to rotary. At the rotary take your 4th exit and continue up to Pinkerton Academy Parking lot about 1/4 mile up Route 28 ByPass (North Main Street).
Cancellation
If weather looks threatening check this website to see if the event has been cancelled. If cancelled, no refunds and pick up of T-shirts at a later date is responsibility of race entrant.
