Frosty 5K Run/Walk – Presented by Rhyne Financial
We’re excited to welcome you to our annual Frosty 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, December 19th at 8:00am!
The race begins at Gaston College and winds through the heart of beautiful downtown Lincolnton. With professional electronic timing, a mid-way water station, and a welcoming atmosphere, this event is perfect for both seasoned runners and first-time participants.
After the finish line, stick around for holiday fun! Santa will be joining us for photos and cookies with racers, kiddos, and families.
Registration Bonus: Every participant receives a cozy Frosty 5K hoodie! Hoodies are limited and guaranteed only through December 1, 2026—so register early to make sure you get yours.
Why We Run: Race proceeds benefit the YMCA Annual Campaign, helping us tackle pressing community challenges such as the academic achievement gap, obesity, and social isolation. Together with our members, donors, volunteers, and partners, we’re building a stronger, healthier community for all.
Packet Pick up will be December 18th 4 pm - 6 pm- at the Lincoln County YMCA - 1402 E. Gaston St, Lincolnton, NC, or on race day from 7:00 am - 7:45 am.
