Abramsthon is a running race on December 31, 2026 in Denver, NC.
Annual 50kish run in and around Denver NC that includes road, trails and a surprise or 2.
Operated by the Denver of the East run club. Race conceived and sponsored by Abrams and designed by Biggie V.
Only the first 25 registered (and finish) guaranteed to receive the exclusive Abramsthon finisher medal. This annual run operates solely on donations and volunteers for aid stations, finisher medals, t-shirts and any other giveaways. Any net proceeds will be donated to the Sallys YMCA of Denver. Instructions for donations will be provided post registration. Details to be shared post registration.
This years’ version is all new. We will start at Lake Norman Brewery as usual and we will circle up to the top of Anderson Mountain. But expect some new twist and turns. This is a challenging group style fun run along public roads, rooty trails, up top of a mountain, and a surprise or two. The run is mostly self supported but will have a couple of aid stations along the way around mile 10 and 20.
COURSE IS BEING ADJUSTED THIS YEAR. BELOW IS THE ROUGH DRAFT.
