May is a month of awareness for both Women’s Health and Mental Health.
This event is not just about running, it’s about honoring strength, prioritizing well-being, and creating space for both physical and mental health within our community. Every step taken supports a bigger message: taking care of your body and your mind matters.
This event is for everyone.
All ages, paces, and experience levels are welcome. Whether you are running, walking, cheering on a loved one, or bringing the family, we would love to have you join us!

Join us for the Follow Natural Fitness Run for Women’s Health 5K, a community-centered event created to celebrate movement, health, and support for women’s wellness.
This event is designed to be welcoming and inclusive for everyone. Whether you are coming to race the 5K, enjoy the 1 Mile Walk, or bring your children to participate in the fun run, this morning is about community, connection, and showing up for a meaningful cause.
Participants in the 5K may choose to run or walk the course.
The 1 Mile Walk is untimed and open to all experience levels.
Strollers are welcome.

7:30 AM – On-site check-in and bib pickup opens
8:45 AM – Check-in and bib pickup closes
8:45 AM – Kids Fun Run begins
9:00 AM – 5K Run/Walk begins
9:00 AM – 1 Mile Walk begins
9:45 AM – Approximate awards presentation for 5K

All participants must register in advance, including children
Shirts are included for 5K and 1 Mile Walk participants only

Marty(MS Running Productions) is the race director and coordinator of more than 35 races, including six from the Little Pub — Little O'Pub 5K, the Surfin' Santa, Holiday Toy Run — and others in Stratford; Two Roads Shore to the Pour, the Turkey Trot, the Bigelow Tea Community Challenge & Hot Oil 5K in Fairfield, the Great Pumpkin Classic at Trumbull High School, and many others in Fairfield County.
MS Running Productions is available for event consulting and directing.
Or Nathalie (FollowNaturalFitness) is the co-founder of the fitness company that provide personal training and meal plan + chef-prepared meal prep services. Nathalie has led several fitness events, including and not limited to partners like Nike, MarathonSports, Vibrant Health, and many other fitness/health brands.
