18th Annual CORE + Giving 2026 🦃💪🏽🏃♀️
Thanksgiving Day – Thursday, November 26th, 2026
This year, we gather with even deeper meaning. Our beloved instructor and friend Suzanne Tanner, who touched so many lives with her energy, strength, and love of running, sadly lost her fight against cancer earlier this year. Suzanne’s passion for movement and her spirit of community inspire us to dedicate this year’s event in her memory.
Join us as we celebrate her life, her legacy, and the power of coming together to move for a cause.
✨ What’s Happening:
7:30 AM – Kick off the morning with an empowering 45-minute outdoor Bootcamp workout
8:30 AM – Lace up for our 5K Run/Walk (or join just the 5K if you prefer)
This is more than a workout and more than a race — it’s a tradition of gratitude, giving, and honoring lives touched by cancer. 100% of proceeds will directly support of Dr. Safran's Oncology Research Fund at Rhode Island Hospital (in Memory of Suzanne Tanner)
Whether you’re a dedicated athlete, a casual runner, or simply someone who believes in community and giving back, the CORE + Giving 2025 welcomes you. Bring your friends, bring your family — this is an event for everyone.
💜 Together, we move. Together, we honor. Together, we make a difference.
