Race Day: Sunday, November 8th
Start time 11:00am; Bib pick-up starts at 10:15am
Same course as last year (original 4-mile course that runs the length of the Columbine Trail).
This course will be chip timed by Pikes Peak Road Runners.
Participants will start at Starsmore and run up Columbine Trail to the Powell parking lot. Adventures Out West will shuttle participants back to Starsmore.
Well behaved and leashed pets are allowed! However, pets are not allowed in the Adventures Out West Jeeps so you will have to hike or run back down after you have finished, or arrange your own transportation.
ALL PROCEEDS benefit the Friends of Cheyenne Cañon. Our mission is to preserve the natural resources of North Cheyenne Cañon Park. We raise funds and sponsor park improvements, enrichment programs, community events, and opportunities for citizen and visitor involvement.

Early Bird Individual: $40
Early Bird Family (3-6 people): $75

Please bring your own water bottle(s). There will be a water station at the spur to Gold Camp Road on Upper Columbine Trail (about 2.5 miles into the race). There will also be water at the finish line.
Parking is available in any of the parking lots near Starsmore Visitor and Nature Center. Overflow parking is available in the dirt parking lot on Mesa Ave just west of Evans Ave.
Restrooms will be available inside the Starsmore Visitor and Nature Center. Portable toilets will be available at the finish line in the Powell parking lot.
The top 3 overall male and female participants will receive a custom award. In addition the top male and female in each age group (10 year increments) will receive a custom reward.
Fun awards will be handed out as well!
All participants will receive a coupon for a free pint of beer at Bristol Brewing Company as well as a 2x4 painting.

2.5 Mile Course Event Details

New route this year! This is an out and back course beginning and ending at Starsmore. Participants will start at Starsmore and run up Columbine Trail to the Mid Columbine parking lot. They will turn around here and head back down the trail to Starsmore.
This course will NOT be chip timed.
