Cajun Cup 10K & Farrel’s Mile
Saturday, November 14, 2026 | 7:30 AM (10K) & 7:00 AM (1 Mile) | Parc Sans Souci, Lafayette, LA
The Cajun Cup 10K and Farrel’s Mile is a fundraiser supporting the Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns Cross Country and Track teams. Your participation is greatly appreciated!
No refunds will be given for this event.
Shoe Drive for Lafayette Catholic Services: Help support those less fortunate by donating your old running shoes! Collection boxes will be at Geaux Run on Friday and at the race on Saturday morning.
Triple Crown Registration & Swag Eligibility:
Register for all three Triple Crown races together to qualify for exclusive Cajun Road Runners swag!
If you initially registered for races individually and would like to switch to the Triple Crown package, please notify us by October 24, 2026 to guarantee your swag. Triple Crown registrations made after October 24th may not include swag.
Course Information:
The course will close at approximately 2 hours. If you need additional time to finish, race officials may ask you to move to the sidewalk.
Pricing:
Cajun Cup 10K:
- Through July 14: $55
- July 15 – September 14: $60
- September 15 – November 12: $65
- Packet Pick-Up & Race Day (before 7:00 AM): $70
Farrel’s Mile: $25
Online registration closes Saturday, November 14, 2026 at 7:00 AM. In-person registration will be available at packet pick-up and on race morning until 7:00 AM.
Register by Wednesday, October 14th to be guaranteed your Cajun Cup shirt at packet pick-up.
Packet Pick-Up:
- Friday, November 13, 2026: Geaux Run, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Race Morning (Saturday): Parc Sans Souci, 6:00 AM – 7:15 AM. Packet table closes at 7:15 AM.
Individuals who register on Friday may pick up their shirts if available. If you do not pick up your packet on Friday or before the race Saturday morning, your shirt may not be available.
We do not mail swag. You must pick it up in person.
Age groups are divided in 5-year increments, starting with 9 & Under and capping at 70+. Additional groups will be added in 5-year increments as needed.
Example: 9 & Under, 10–14, 15–19, 20–24 … 65–69, 70+

- Top 3 Overall Male & Female: Specially designed Cajun Cup Mug + Cash Prize
- Overall Masters (40+), Grand Masters (50+), Senior Grand Masters (60+): Cash Prize + Cajun Cup Mug (male and female)
- Age Group Winners (1st place): Specially designed Cajun Cup Mug
- Age Group 2nd & 3rd Place: Cajun Cup Medal
- Top 50 Male & Top 50 Female Finishers: Commemorative poster
- All 10K Finishers: Finisher’s medal upon crossing the finish line
