Please note that all timing is subject to change; any and all changes will be communicated explicitly.
If you are racing draft legal, no aero or TT bikes allowed, only road bikes. Please remove any aero bars. This race is meant for more advanced racers, so if you would like to transfer your registration, feel free to send us an email!
On all bikes: NO mirrors or glass of any kind are allowed
Draft-legal rules apply for the Mixed Team Relay, so no TT bikes allowed. The lap-out rule won't be enforced, so if you get lapped, you can still finish.
There will be a coaches/captains meeting at 6:45 AM before the Draft Legal race to cover rules and sportsmanship.
Water temperature is expected to be around 60°F, so we recommend wearing wetsuits. USAT wetsuit guidelines are found here.
This year, we're excited to host four races:
🏊♂️ Draft-Legal Sprint: 750m swim, 20k bike, 5k run
🚴♀️ Classic Sprint (Collegiate and Age Group): non-draft legal, 750m swim, 20k bike, 5k run
🏃♂️ Classic Relay (Collegiate and Age Group): team of three with each person racing one leg each (750m swim, 20k bike, or 5k run)
🔥 Mixed Team Relay (Collegiate and Age Group): team of four with each person racing a super sprint triathlon (250m swim, 5k bike, 1k run)

Three sports, one race — swim, bike, run in sequence, with transitions that are a discipline of their own.
Open water, open roads, and competition with yourself. Cross the finish line knowing what it took to get there.
Swim, bike, run — back to back. The sprint distance makes it far more accessible than most people think. Three sports in one race means three movements to train and race day never gets monotonous.
