Get ready for a ghoulishly good time at the Haunted Hustle 5K Walk/Run and Kids Fun Run at the Bath YMCA!

Whether you're chasing a new personal record or just out for some spooky fun, this community favorite is perfect for all ages and fitness levels.  Open to all. All proceeds support YMCA programs.

• 🕷️ Lace up your sneakers (and your costume!) for a scenic, family-friendly 5K around Bath.

• 👻 Prizes for best costumes, fastest times in Age Groups, and more!

• 🧙‍♀️ Kids can join in the excitement with their very own Fun Run—the perfect way to kick off a festive fall day. Distance is aprox .25 miles, can be run in 4 loops for a full mile or just once for fun.  Kids Run Registrants will receive a goody bag!

• 🏅Join us as a FUNDRAISER! Go beyond the finish line and make an even bigger impact. This year, the participant who raises the most money for the YMCA Haunted Hustle 5K Annual Campaign will receive our Top Fundraiser Award and special recognition on race day! When you register, opt in to create or personalize your fundraising page.  Share your page with friends, family, and coworkers, and encourage donations leading up to race day! Whether you raise $25 or $2,500, your support helps strengthen our community. 

Every dollar raised helps support YMCA programs, financial assistance, youth development, healthy living, and community outreach programs that ensure everyone has access to the Y, regardless of their ability to pay. 

AFTER THE RACE: Stick around for our annual Fall Family Harvest Festival, from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM.  We will have open swim, bounce houses, activities, healthy treats, and much more! It should be a great day for the whole community. We hope you’ll join us!

Costumes are highly encouraged — prizes await the best-dressed ghouls and goblins!

5K Shirts will not be provided for day of registrants, and are only guaranteed to those that register before October 5th. 

Pre-registration closes at 4pm Friday 10/23.  Day of registration will be available for an extra fee.

5K Packet Pickup Details:

Beat the crowds and grab your race packet early!
Date: Friday, October 23
Time: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Location: Bath YMCA Welcome Center (303 Centre Street, Bath, ME 04530)

5K packet includes your race bib, shirt (if pre-registered before 10/5), and other event goodies.

Kids packet includes a bag of goolish surprises!

8:00 AM – Race Day Registration & Pre-Registration Check-in Opens

9:00 AM – Haunted Hustle 5K Start

9:45 AM – Awards Ceremony

10:00 AM – Kids Fun Run

10:00 AM – 12:00 PM – Family Harvest Festival (Games, Bounce Houses, Pumpkin Decorating & Crafts, Open Swim, Rock climbing & More!)

Day of Payment Methods: Cash or Check is preferred.  Venmo and credit/debit cards will also be accepted.
