About Us:
The Metro Atlanta Galloway Training program follows Jeff Galloway’s training guidelines.
Our Saturday group runs feature walking breaks at regular intervals based on skill level.
Pace groups are set up to ensure a comfortable and safe training pace for every ability.
Our training schedule targets popular Spring races including Atlanta, Boston, London, Kentucky Derby and Flying Pig.
Our members primarily train for the marathon and half marathon distance. Several of our members are here for fitness purposes where their longest distance is typically 5-6 miles.
Walkers are welcome.
Refund Policy:
People who want to try out Galloway Training may attend up to two group runs free of charge before registering for the season.
The training fee is non-refundable. Requests for refunds are considered for medical reasons only, must be accompanied by a physician’s letter and must be submitted prior to the half-way point in the training season. A $25 processing fee will be retained.
